Medical Assistant
We are seeking Medical Assistants to perform both administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of physicians and other healthcare and beauty practitioners running smoothly. Our goal is to identify medical assistants to aid office staff and health care practitioners in daily operations.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
While New York State does not require medical assistants to be licensed, individuals seeking to demonstrate proficiency and employment with DOCSuite in their occupation must receive certification through either national organizations such as the American Association of Medical assistants (www.aama-ntl.org) and/or American Medical Technologists (www.amt1.com)
Must have at least 2 years of experience in administrative duties include answering telephones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, updating and filing patient medical records, arranging for hospital admissions, and some billing and bookkeeping tasks
- Clinical responsibilities may include such tasks as taking medical histories from patients and recording their vital signs, explaining treatment procedures to patients, preparing patients for examinations, and providing assistance during exams.
Independent ability to handle clients in difficult situations
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
Licensed Esthetician
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Estheticians to join the DOCSuite team at its upscale spa space in Manhattan!

Qualifications & Responsbilities
Analyze, consult and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
Responsible for directing all efforts toward member satisfaction
Position has room for growth into management within the company
Must possess a valid Esthetician license
Minimum of two (2) year of salon or spa experience
Must have specific training in facial and body waxing
